Let’s dream together. We’ll talk about your running journey, goals, and pie-in-the-sky dreams. Receive feedback on existing race plans, and ask all your running questions.
Training plan built just for you
All training is custom-built for your goals, and your schedule. I schedule out 3-4 weeks of training at a time to keep your training responsive as we progress.
Sounding board access. Throughout training.
There is no such thing as a perfect training cycle. Life happens – and when it does, I’ll be there to help you adjust.
